    "Peter's team tried to get our roof covered by insurance, but the storm damage was secondary to it just being old, so that didn't happen. However, the price for a tear-off and complete roof replacement, including some underlying plywood, was very fair. They finished the work in one day, and the new roof looks great! Would definitely recommend them."

    "I had roof damage caused by natural causes. Called a series of companies for repair, and was quoted prices just for repair to the immediate damage, without consideration for the affected areas not directly damaged. Decided to call peter, he came out immediately, negotiated zealously with my homeowners insurance company and the village for permits, and I ended up getting a whole new roof covered by homeowners insurance! I am so glad I called Peter as he exponentially increased what the homeowners insurance would cover. I have already recommended Peter to multiple friends, and they have all been highly satisfied. Very quick at getting back to you and very quick with results!"

    "Jim and his team took very good care of me. They replaced both my house and garage roof in 2023. The team was efficient and professional. I was making an insurance claim due to wind/hail storm damage. They thoroughly examined my property for damage to make sure all storm damage was discovered and repaired. They handled all the back and forth with my claims adjuster and made sure all the damage they needed to repair got covered. Jim was the representative that was my primary contact throughout the whole process. He helped me with everything including the initial estimate/ evaluation, explaining the whole process, answering my questions, making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, and the final invoice/payment process. He was easy to reach and communicate with via text and phone, which made the process a lot smoother as I’m often not available for phone calls during work hours and texting is much easier. I’d recommend Jim and Advanced Roofing Team to anyone."

Caught something that didn’t look right when he was next door and had it fixed immediately. Doesn’t over charge or take insurance money for work he didn’t perform. Great suggestions around gutters and downspout size. Smart recommendations about getting some supplemental work done since the crew is onsite anyway. I have one guy I can trust in the space. I hope he doesn’t retire."
